About time to dry dock the boats

We went down to the lake to ride for the last time this year with our daughter Shelley and son Skip before they pull their boats out of the water for the winter. Shelley and Bart had friends, Tom and Brenda along for the day. We seen Gino Colace, an old friend on his boat chasing after us. Then our son Skip took us back to dock. You could not ask for a better day to finish off the boating season.

Bad or slow week with good times

For the pass two weeks we drove around the state looking at different water falls. We would like to add a pondless water falls to the area of the swimming pool that was filled in with dirt. High winds in the range of 70 mph hit our town. Power lines are down and we have been told that the power will be off for a week. Knowing that we drove to Celina, Ohio at the county fair grounds visited with Karen and Ernie Brown who are full time campers, Browns treated for lunch.

Great week-in

Friday we ended the night with our son Skip at the Moose Lodge eating chicken wings. Saturday night we went to our granddaughters home for a cook out with family and friends to complete Whitneys graduation. Sunday afternoon we all met at the lake for boating. Daughter Shelley showed her skills with handling a "Ski Doo" then watched her son Brent with his skills. Later that night we had supper at our son Steve and his family. Monday we took Bill and Millie Spellman to Lake Erie to meet with another son Sam and Linda for a visit then to lunch. Later we feed the fish.
